DSME delivers LNG tanker ‘Al Samriya’ PDF Print E-mail

Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering delivered the ‘Al Samriya’ to the Qatar Gas Transportation Company on January 27.

The vessel was build in survey to Lloyd’s Register and can transport 263,000 cubic metres of LNG.

The vessel has a length of 345 metres, a beam of 55 metres and a depth of 27 metres.

Sailing under the Marshall Islands flag, the vessel is driven by two B&W 7S70ME-C 2 stroke diesel engines producing 19,270kW at 87rpm.
